Descriptif de la mission : Promotion des activités sportives de l'AS, développement réseaux sociaux et partenariat.

 Les différentes tâches à accomplir :

INSCRIPTIONS

·       Suivi des inscriptions sur l'association sportive : validation, gestion des licences Universitaires.

COMMUNICATION ET PROMOTION

·       Déplacement sur les entrainements / compétitions de SKEMA pour faire des photos et vidéos.

·       Mise à jour régulière du site de l'association (rédaction d'articles, réalisation de reportages).

·       Relais des articles et publications sur les RS (Instagram, Facebook).

·       Promotion et gestion des évènements organisés par Skema sports Sophia (Communication, inscription…)

BUDGET : Aide à l’organisation des déplacements et l’évaluation des coûts de ceux-ci.

PARTENARIAT :  Développement des dons, sponsors et échanges de marchandises pour l’association.

The Sports Association (AS) is looking for its next Civic Service volunteer for the upcoming sports season, from September 2026 to April 2027 (8 months).

Key Responsibilities :

REGISTRATION & ADMIN

• Tracking and managing registrations for the sports association.
• Validating profiles and managing University sports licenses.

COMMUNICATION & PROMOTION

• Attending SKEMA training sessions and competitions to take photos and videos.
• Regularly updating the association's website (writing articles, creating event reports).
• Sharing articles and updates across our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook).
• Promoting and managing events organized by Skema Sports Sophia (handling communication, sign-ups, etc.).

BUDGET MANAGEMENT

• Assisting with travel logistics and estimating travel costs for competitions.

PARTNERSHIPS

• Securing donations, sponsorships, and in-kind exchanges (bartering) for the association.
